At Atelier by Paraiso, we strive to deliver an exceptional, hands-on artisan learning experience. Because our studio has limited workbench seating (4 seats per session slot) and we prepare specialized raw materials for each registered participant beforehand, we adhere to a strict cancellation and refund policy.
1. Booking Cancellations
If you need to cancel a confirmed workshop reservation, please send an email request or contact us by phone as early as possible.
- Cancellation More than 48 Hours in Advance: You are eligible for a **full 100% refund** of your ticket price.
- Cancellation Between 24 to 48 Hours in Advance: You are eligible for a **50% refund** of your ticket price, or you may request to reschedule your slot to a future date (subject to seating availability).
- Cancellation Less than 24 Hours in Advance: No refunds are issued for cancellations requested less than 24 hours before the workshop start time, as we have already prepared materials and blocked workbench seats.
2. Non-Attendance (No-Show Policy)
If you do not show up for your scheduled session without prior cancellation warning, your reservation fee will be forfeited, and no refunds or free reschedules will be provided.
3. Refund Processing Timeline
When a refund is approved by our administration team, it is initiated back to your original payment channel via the Razorpay payment gateway API:
- Refund Channel: The amount is credited back to the bank account, UPI ID, or credit card that was used during checkout.
- Processing Duration: Once initiated, the refund will reflect in your account within **5 to 7 working days**, depending on your issuing bank's clearing processes.
4. Cancellations by Atelier by Paraiso
In the rare event of extreme weather closures, power outages, local municipal guidelines, or instructor illness, Atelier by Paraiso reserves the right to cancel a session slot.
If we cancel your workshop session, we will offer you a **full 100% refund** or a **free reschedule** to a date of your choice.
