At Atelier by Paraiso, every seat at our workbench is reserved personally for you. This policy explains how your booking is confirmed, what to expect on the day, and what happens if plans change.
1. How Your Booking is Confirmed
Once your payment is successfully processed via Razorpay, your bench reservation is immediately secured. You will receive a confirmation email at your registered address within a few minutes of checkout, containing:
• Your unique booking reference number
• Session date, time slot, and duration
• Full studio address and arrival guidance
• A summary of what is included in your experience
• Contact details for any pre-visit queries
2. Arriving at the Studio
Your experience begins on time, and we want to make sure you get every moment of it.
• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your session start time.
• Our studio is located at: 924 Churu Ko Ka Rasta, Chauda Rasta, Johari Bazaar, Jaipur 302003.
• If you need directions or have difficulty finding us, call or WhatsApp us on +91 73398 62277 — we are happy to guide you.
• Late arrivals may have their session shortened to avoid disrupting other participants. We are unable to offer refunds or extensions for late arrival.
3. What You Take Home
The piece of jewelry you handcraft during the session is yours to keep. It is handed to you in person at the studio on the day, beautifully packaged, at the close of the workshop. There is no shipping or courier involved.
4. What to Bring
• Your booking confirmation email (digital or printed)
• Comfortable clothing you don't mind getting a little dusty
• Any specific gemstone preferences you have in mind — though our vault has plenty to inspire you
5. Accessibility & Special Requirements
We want every guest to feel welcome and comfortable at the Atelier. If you have any physical accessibility requirements, dietary needs for refreshments, or would like to flag anything ahead of your visit, please mention it in the Special Notes field during booking or contact us directly before your session.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
For our full cancellation and refund terms, please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy. In brief:
• Cancellations more than 48 hours in advance — full refund.
• Cancellations 24–48 hours in advance — 50% refund or free reschedule.
• Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance — no refund.
