Welcome to Atelier by Paraiso. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, reservation desk, and attendance at our jewelry craft workshop sessions. By accessing our website or booking a workshop, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
1. Workshop Bookings & Attendance
To book a workshop session, you must submit a valid name, email address, phone number, and pre-pay the reservation ticket fee. All sessions are allocated dynamically based on seating availability constraints.
- Age Restriction: Participants must be 12 years of age or older, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- Arrival Time: Participants are requested to arrive at the studio at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled session. Late arrivals may have their slot shortened to avoid disrupting subsequent sessions.
- Conduct: We maintain a safe, welcoming craft environment. Participants are expected to handle tools carefully and follow the artisan instructor's instructions. We reserve the right to expel any attendee showing unsafe or disruptive behavior.
2. Pricing & Payments
All workshop session prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are configured dynamically per session slot.
- Payment Processors: We use Razorpay to collect payments. By checking out, you authorize Razorpay to charge the total seat value to your selected payment method (UPI, Cards, Netbanking).
- Confirmations: Bookings are only finalized and committed to our database after successful receipt and signature verification of the payment response from Razorpay.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All website text, logos, branding assets, custom designs, and educational craft materials distributed during the workshop sessions are the sole property of Atelier by Paraiso. You may not copy, sell, or commercially reproduce our educational guides or signature jewelry designs without explicit written authorization.
4. Liability & Health Disclaimer
Jewelry crafting involves the use of specialized metalsmithing hand tools, polishing motors, and soldering heat sources.
- We provide essential protective safety wear and safety instructions.
- By attending our session, you acknowledge these inherent risks and agree that Atelier by Paraiso shall not be held liable for any minor personal injuries, cuts, or skin burns resulting from the negligent use of craft tools.
- We are not responsible for damage to personal clothing or personal properties brought into the workshop studio.
5. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal actions or disputes arising from these terms or your workshop attendance shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
6. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to revise or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changing regulations or updated studio policies. Continuing to use our website or make bookings after revisions indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
